Revis-1 LLC (“Revis-1,” “bulletsite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website bulletsite.com and provides website-building services for US local-service businesses (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

Account & lead data: email address, business name, owner name, phone number, business address (street, city, state, postal code), and notes you submit when you request a draft.
Billing data: if you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number — we only receive a token, the last four digits, the card brand, and billing-zip information.
Support correspondence: any messages you send us by email or through the Service.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

Log & device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
Cookies: we use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (e.g. session, CSRF, signed-in state). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2.3 Information we collect from third parties

Google Maps / public business data: when you request a draft, we look up your business on Google Maps to retrieve publicly available information (name, address, phone, hours, services, photos, reviews, ratings, place ID). This information is sourced from Google’s public listings.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To build the website draft you requested, including generating custom content from your public business profile.
To send transactional email (draft confirmations, draft delivery, cancellation, payment, sign-in links).
To send a single one-time abandonment reminder if you start a draft request but do not finish it. You can opt out via the unsubscribe link in any email.
To process payments, prevent fraud, comply with the law, and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising.

4. Service providers we use

We share limited data with vetted service providers acting on our behalf:

Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery.
SerpApi — Google Maps lookups for your business profile.
Cloud hosting providers — to operate the Service and store your data.
Content generation tools — to draft website copy from your public business profile. Inputs and outputs are not used by these tools to train third-party models.

Each provider is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may only use data to perform the service we hired them for.

5. How long we keep data

We retain account and billing records for as long as you have an active account, plus a reasonable period afterwards to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). Lead data from inquiries that never converted is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

We use TLS in transit, encrypted database storage at rest, scoped access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data and transparently notify you of any breach affecting your information, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions that require it). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@bulletsite.com from the address on file. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

8.1 California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients. You also have the right to request deletion or correction of your information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a verifiable opt-out request anyway, email hello@bulletsite.com with the subject “Do Not Sell.” You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8.2 Other US state residents

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others) have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. The same email address handles those requests.

9. Email and CAN-SPAM

Every transactional email we send identifies us, includes our physical mailing address (above), and offers a one-click way to stop receiving non-essential follow-ups. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.

10. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers.
