Terms of Service — bulletsite

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and Revis-1 LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as “bulletsite” (“Revis-1,” “we,” or “us”), operating the website bulletsite.com and the related website-building service (the “Service”). By using the Service or requesting a draft, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

bulletsite builds, hosts, and supports custom websites for US local-service businesses. The Service includes:

A free, non-binding website draft generated from your public Google Maps business profile.
Optional paid hosting, custom domain, SSL, content edits, and technical support if you choose to keep the site (the “Live Site”).

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Free draft

The free draft is provided as-is, with no payment required. You are under no obligation to upgrade. You may walk away at any time. Drafts you do not claim may be retired after a reasonable period.

4. Pricing & subscriptions

If you choose to keep your site, the published pricing applies:

Claim fee: $1.00 USD, charged at the moment you claim your site. This authorizes your payment method and activates the Live Site.
Subscription: $39 USD per month, billed monthly, or $349 USD per year, billed annually (saving $119 versus monthly).

All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for. We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ advance email notice. Existing customers keep their current pricing through the current billing period.

5. Billing & payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing a payment method you authorize us to charge it for the $1 claim fee and recurring subscription fees on each renewal date. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. If a charge fails, we may retry; if we cannot collect payment within 7 days, we may pause or terminate the Live Site.

6. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you claim a Live Site and request a refund within 30 calendar days of your claim, we will refund:

The $1 claim fee, and
Any subscription fees charged in that 30-day period.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Domain registration costs (if applicable) and amounts paid more than 30 days before your request are non-refundable. After the 30-day window, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will end at the end of the current billing period; annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the year. There are no partial refunds for unused subscription time outside the money-back window.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal or by emailing hello@bulletsite.com. Your Live Site stays online until the end of the current billing period. After that, the URL is retired. We’ll send you a content export on request.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any law or third-party right.
Build or host content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Misrepresent your business or identity, or impersonate someone else.
Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with our systems or other users’ data.
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time for material violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and modify that content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you provide and that it doesn’t infringe third-party rights.

10. Our content

The bulletsite name, logo, software, and the underlying templates and code are owned by Revis-1 LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use them solely as part of your Live Site while your subscription is active.

11. Public business data

Drafts are generated using public business information from Google Maps and similar sources. You confirm that the business you submit is yours and that you are authorized to use the associated information for your own website. If you are not the business owner, do not request a draft.

12. Performance & results disclaimer

We design every site to be fast, mobile-first, and structured for local SEO. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue. Search-engine results, customer behavior, and many other factors are outside our control. Statements about typical outcomes are illustrative, not promises.

13. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause downtime.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIS-1 LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US$100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revis-1 LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

17. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revis-1 LLC regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
